Babysoy is the 1st company in the world to create baby's newborn wardrobe using soybean protein fiber. Babysoy features modern baby layettes made from eco-friendly soybean fiber. Babysoy is conscientious and green by using renewable natural resources as the raw material for our baby wear which is the leftover pulp from tofu, soymilk and other soy products.
It all began in 2004 when first time mom, Amy, wanted to give her daughter a very special gift a new wardrobe that's made from nature while not adding extra burden to our planet. After losing a loved one to a cancer contributed by environmental hazards, Amy knew that raising her soon-to-be-born baby safely in our environment would require more than just wearing sunblock. Apart from making changes within her home and lifestyle, Amy had a bigger dream of gifting her daughter an opportunity to run freely on green grass, nap under blue skies, and one day meet a real polar bear. Amy's dream soon came to realization when life-long friend, David, came to visit the newborn and presented Amy with his discovery of an eco-friendly soy protein fiber. Amy immediately envisioned a layette line made with this environmentally friendly and silky-smooth fabric.
Together, Amy and David launched babysoy on March 1, 2006. Since then, babysoy has grown rapidly with the excitement and support of green-parents, modern boutiques, eco-celebrities and baby & mommy medias. Babysoy offers a complete line of baby layettes to help eco-conscious parents start a healthy lifestyle with their babies while feeling good about a greener planet. Babysoy is so affordable we were really surprise by the great prices on this range go and take a peak now.Babysoy is available exclusively through

Sophie Dahl has been both round as a Rubens and as sylphy as a sapling, through trial, error and an episode in India which needn't be discussed in detail with anyone. She lived out the latter part of her adolescence in public, and so her puppy fat, which should have been a tender family joke, became fuel for national debate. At the time this was crippling to her, and one of the reasons she moved to another country. Flirting with every food fad from Atkins to raw food, she has had both misadventures and victories in her quest to have a sound healthy relationship with food. Now in her twenty-ninth year it is suddenly simpler: Sophie cooks and eats, and does both with gusto. It can be lonely and confusing navigating food, particularly with the standards of beauty and weight that are thrust upon us by advertisers. Sophie aims to debunk some of the horrible punishing diet myths, and replace them with compassionate common sense, anecdotal stories and a lashing of healthy recipes. This is a book that doesn't encourage guilt or monastic deprivation, but celebrates the joy in food and eating.Original, funny, quirky with a bit of whimsy, this glorious book is full of wonderful anecdotes and delicious recipes and scattered with Sophie’s own lovely Matisse-like line drawings that slope off the page.
About the Author
Sophie Dahl was born in London in 1977. She was immortalised as the orphan Sophie in the beloved children's classic, The BFG, by Roald Dahl, her grandfather. She began modelling in 1996, after being discovered by fashion maverick Isabella Blow outside a bookshop. Her first novel, Playing With The Grown-Ups was published in October 2007 following her best-selling novella, The Man With The Dancing Eyes. Dahl is a contributing editor for Men's Vogue, and her work has been published in American Vogue, The Guardian, The Telegraph Magazine and The Spectator. Dahl has recently moved back to England after an eight year sojourn in New York.

Zephire Generation is one of Australia’s most exciting fashion labels. Created by the amazing Fabio Cattafi, the designs have an unmistakeable Italian flair inspired by the rich, vibrant colours and textures of Europe. With humble beginnings in the bustling Queen Victoria street markets of Melbourne, Zephire Generation now boasts a flourishing network of retail stockists throughout Australia and more recently New Zealand.
European elegance, movie star glamour and the rich earthiness of forests in winter were the inspiration for Zephire Generation’s stunning 2009 winter collection for kids. Drawing on beautiful, layered fabrics the collection offers everything from military style jackets to fluffer dresses for girls, with the gorgeous appliqués and detail Zephire Generation is renowned for making a return this season. Colourful, quirky accessories add extra appeal. For boys a funky, edgy, cool-for-school look has emerged, again with strong layering and funky accessories. The doom and gloom of winter gives way to vibrant greens, reds and purples.

What inspires you?
Inspiration comes from many conscious and unconscious influences. Places or people that touch me in some way, vintage fabrics with unique handwork, embellished and bejewelled historical garments and construction techniques; iconic women of history, travelling and watching people; visiting art galleries; going to live theatre; music movies and dreams…. I am constantly being inspired by everything that surrounds me.
Do you start with a fabric and then design or is the other way around?
Sometimes the idea for the garment comes first and I search for the perfect fabric to make it with. Other times I find a fabric I love love love and ask myself “what can I make with this?” A good example of this is while I was in India last year I purchased a beautiful traditional Indian sari that had the most amazing wooden hand blocked print of butterflies. The technique was so gorgeous and striking (I adore butterflies) that I decided to adapt it into a print for my Trelise Cooper Kids Summer 2010 collection. Look out for the beautiful pink dress with golden butterflies.
How would you spend a perfect day?
Waking up to the sunrise at my Omaha beach house, a morning meditation burning my favourite Jo Malone candles, 20 minutes on my new Power Plate machine (love it!), breakfast with my husband Jack - fresh fruit and coffee. An afternoon reading and working on designs and then preparing a dinner party for my close friends. With the expansion of my business it’s hard to find as much time as I would like for cooking these days, but I really enjoy it!
What is your favourite childhood memory?
In the basement room of my friend’s house in our cul-de-sac, dressing up in our mothers 50s style clothes - lots of colours, sparkly high heels, jeweled garments and big skirts. So much fun!
Do you have a personal favourite piece from this seasons TCK collection?
I love the Igloo ‘On Your Toes’ hoodie made out of mismatched bright woolen fabrics with a pair of sequined ballet slippers on the back. Great for those winter play dates or throwing on after ballet class – sometimes I wish I had a little girl to dress!
Any hints as to what we may see for summer from Trelise Cooper Kids?
My Trelise Cooer Kids Summer 2010 collection is designed for girls with big dreams - Little senorita’s will love plenty of “Frida” inspired styles. There’s also lots of playful layering pieces with hot air balloons in summer skies, scottish terriers and polka dots, hippy chick paisleys and strawberry fields. Princesses will find their favourite dresses in soft summery florals, layered tuelle skirts and there is a selection of leggings to match every look in the collection.

We began this journey because we believed that we could bring something new and unique to fashion for children and babies. If you have ever heard the saying “We do not own the Earth, we merely borrow it from our children” you will understand what Three Little Trees is all about.
With every garment there are native seeds according to the country the garments are sold in attached to each swing tag. The idea here is that children from all over the earth; while looking stylish, can plant these little seeds and watch our world grow with them. This tiny little thing that we can teach our children to do will sustain our earth for their children and grandchildren for many years to come. Educating our children on sustainability is of great importance to the ethos of Three Little Trees.
This coming winter we have collaborated with talented UK illustrator Sandra Isaksson of ISAK. Which has brought a whole new creative angle to our designs. We love the illustrations Sandra has created and hope that she stays on board for the long run!
All three of us are mums and we know what is practical and what works in the daily activities of little ones. We have gone to a great deal of effort to create sensible stylish ranges, and we hope you all enjoy them as much as we have in designing them.
Enjoy...xxx

Green Revolt Australia Pty Ltd has recently launched Bacche, an eco-friendly baby and children's clothing label with a difference. The Bacche label is aimed at the eco-conscious parent who wants to dress their child, aged 0-6 years in bold, funky designs. Bacche is the brainchild of a group of students studying at Yale in the USA 5 years ago.
The students recognized the need to carry on the icons and traditions of their home country, India. At the same time, they chose to adopt an eco-friendly approach for their company by ensuring that all of their products are extensively tested and found to be as environmentally friendly as possible and always certified as organic.
Bacche is determined to turn the children's organic clothing market upside down by proving that tradition can meet trend and that "organic" does not have to mean "boring"! With the rising prominence of all things Bollywood in Australia, the label is already meeting with a hugely positive response from parents and retailers alike.
Aussie company Green Revolt, who is also developing it's own range of eco-friendly and bamboo baby and children's wear, and who is run by a work at home mum of 5, are excited to be appointed as the exclusive distributor of Bacche for all of Australia and New Zealand.
"As soon as we stumbled across Bacche, we knew we had found something special! Whilst the collections are made up of "basic" items such as t-shirts and rompers, particular attention has been paid to the cut and fit of the garments- so much so that they were actually designed by a couture designer in Las Vegas, USA. The innovative artwork features gorgeous, Indian inspired designs such as paisley prints, elephants and tigers, and the extra special touches such as silk hand-embroidery are really the icing on the cake. As soon as I saw the range, I couldn't wait to get my own kids into it, something about it just grabbed me! One thing led to another and here we are today, now able to distribute it through-out Australia." - Tanya Love, Director, Green Revolt.
Bacche will help Australian parents to dress their kids in an ethical, practical and eco-friendly manner with ease, and to look trendy at the same time. The label provides many unique benefits to those who choose to wear
it:
. Completely organic, and non-toxic
. Cut to perfection, with tagless care labels for absolute comfort . Environmentally friendly organic cotton and lead-free eco-dyes ensure that looking good doesn't add to the wearer's carbon footprint.
. Very reasonably priced and high quality finish to ensure that each piece lasts and lasts to ensure value for money.
. Regular seasonal collections ensure that there is always fresh designs available and that fashion trends

This is just one of the coolest things i have come across The Fairy Door from monkeytail & wellington
Not all fairies like to live in the garden. Some are metropolitan dwellers who take to suburban homes and apartment buildings. But how do they get there and where do they live? Well, if you want fairies to enter your home, you need to install a fairy door and we have just the ticket! Fairy doors can only be opened inwards using Fairy magic and if they are forced open the fairies will see this as a break and enter and will flee to safer pastures. Due to their size, fairy doors are quite delicate and are designed for ornamental purposes only. Your child can still interact with the fairy door, but the idea is to leave letters, teeth and gifts for the fairies to see what magic happens in return. In our house, we secretly placed the fairy door in a corner outside our children’s bedroom and waited until they had noticed the door themselves. Then a few days later, we sprinkled fairy dust near the entrance to the door and left them a little note from the fairies and some fairy chocolate treats. Each fairy door comes with a miniature key and a vial of fairy dust, and instructions on how to install your fairy door. Fairy doors attach to the wall with double sided tape and are removable, so if you move home your fairy can move with you! Each door is 1/12th the size of a regular human door, which is approximately 25cm high by 15cm wide. Each door that we create is unique and one of a kind. We use only child friendly paints and glues.
